Children’s Mental Health Week 1st to 7th February 2021

This week, we are taking part in Place2Be’s Children’s Mental Health Week.

This year’s theme is ‘Express Yourself’. Place2Be has created activities and resources to help children (and adults) to explore the different ways they can share their thoughts, feelings and ideas. There are lots of resources on the Children’s Mental Health Week website that you can use with your child at home including activity ideas and tips for parents and carers – please see the link below.

It would be lovely if you could email in photographs of any activities that you have completed with your children throughout the week.

If you feel that your child may be struggling with their mental health and need further help, there are also links below to websites that offer advice and information to help support both you and your child. There is also a link to a website which offers a mindfulness mediation guide to help promote good mental health and well-being for your child. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
